Below are some frequently asked questions. For additional information about your EIP Card, please refer to the material in your Welcome Packet and found on the EIP Card website www.eipcard.com.
How can I transfer my EIP Card balance to my bank account?
- Option 1 -
- Follow the instructions on this page to initiate the transfer using the EIP Card phone system
- Option 2 -
- Call the number on the card (1-800-240-8100) to activate your card and set the PIN.
- Register as a new user on EIPCard.com OR on the Money Network Mobile App.
- Click on the “Move Money” tab on the website/app, then “Send Money to External Bank Account”.
- Enter your bank account number and routing number.
- Choose to transfer the full balance or partial balance. Optionally you can deposit the money to 2 separate bank accounts.
- Funds will be deposited into the selected account within 2-3 business days.
How can I get cash using my EIP Card?
- Call the number on the card (1-800-240-8100) to activate your card and set the PIN.
- Use www.eipcard.com/locator to find ATMs that carry the AllPoint brand.
- Use your card at the ATM to withdraw cash.
